What is a Virtual Credit Card?
Virtual Credit Card is an electronic version of a credit card with a pre-defined credit value to be only used for Internet purchases or verifying Paypal account.

How to verify your Paypal Account Through VCC?
First, you must find / search for a PayPal VCC vendor online. It's cost were ranging from $8 - $10 each. But, be sure to find some legitimate PayPal VCC seller online. On my case, the Paypal VCC I've used was sold to me by Anirban, a friend came from Smorty. But, Anirban were no longer contacting me. Here's a place where you could purchase your PayPal VCC for you to verify your PayPal accounts. Just go to vccguide.blogspot.com and purchase your VCC for $8. One of my blogger friend, Hye, bought a VCC from them which she used to make her paypal account be verified.

Here are the steps she made to complete the process:

She paid her VCC for $8 (payments are can be made through PayPal, Alertpay, or moneybookers). After the payment she had made, VCC details was sent on her email address. The 16-digit Virtual Credit Card Number, the expiration date, and the 4-digit verification code.

Note: VCC must be used within 24 hours from the time it has been delivered to your email or else it will expire due to security restrictions.

Step by Step Verification Process Using The PayPal VCC:

1. Log-in to your PayPal Account.

2. In order to verify your Account, Click on the UNVERIFIED link.

3. You are now at a Page where PayPal wants you to enter your Credit Card Details.

4. Now, instead of adding your physical Credit Card Details, Add the Virtual Credit Card details which you've purchased.

5. After you click on 'Add Card' PayPal would want you to Enroll for the Expanded User Program in order to increase your sending limit.

6. Click on 'Get Number' button at page bottom and and enter the 4 digit verification code.

7. Your PayPal account is now VERIFIED.
